Submit all Sheathing warranty claims in writing within 30 days of the defect discovery. Include: a brief description of damaged area, a copy of the dated sales receipt, invoice and evidence of installation date, to:

ARMTEC 33 Centennial Road Orangeville, Ontario, L9W 1R1 Attention: Customer Service Department Submit claims by prepaid regular mail, within fifteen (15) days of discovery of the water leakage. All claims must contain the following information: Name of Owner or Purchaser, as applicable; Address of building structure; Date of discovery of water leakage; Date of installation; Proof of purchase; and for new construction only, names of builder/contractor, the Product installer and building inspector. The Manufacturer may require additional information in order to process the warranty claim.

CertainTeed's Consumer Services department processes warranty claims involving CertainTeed Siding, Trim, Fence, Railing and Decking products. Please print, complete and submit the appropriate form; instructions on how to file and Consumer Services contact information are on the form. Complete all items on the form so concerns can be quickly addressed. All requested information is required and necessary for the form to be processed; incomplete forms may delay the process.
Upon receipt, Consumer Services will begin processing your claim. Please allow 3-4 weeks for notification status or resolution of your warranty claim.
Please Note: The quickest and most efficient way to resolve any complaint is to provide a completed form, requested photos and samples of the affected material clearly showing the issue.
