Available in a wide variety of sizes, classes, and joining systems, CertainTeed has a PVC pipe product to suit virtually all of your requirements for transporting potable or reclaimed water. CertainTeed piping products conform to American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) standards.

PVC is lightweight, easy to handle and flexible, and offers excellent corrosion and chemical resistance. In addition, the smooth interior surface of PVC pipe provides exceptional flow characteristics. Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) Sewer and Drain Pipe provides a conduit for drainage of sewage, surface water and industrial waste outside the building limits where toughness, dimensional stability, resistance to aging and strong tight joints are required. WARNING: Do not use or test PVC pipe with compressed air or gas (except as noted for gravity sewer lines in ASTM F1417), as the sudden release of stored energy can result in a catastrophic failure.

LIMITED WARRANTY


CertainTeed warrants to replace, without charge, those of its pipe and fitting products proven to have manufacturing defects within 6 months of the date of delivery thereof; provided, however, that CertainTeed has first been given an opportunity to inspect the product alleged to be defective in order to determine if it meets CertainTeed's specifications and if the handling, installation, and operating conditions have been satisfactory and in accordance with acceptable practices. Products sold by CertainTeed which are manufactured by others are warranted only to the extent and limits of the warranty of the manufacturer.  Owing to the widely varying conditions under which CertainTeed's products are installed and used, CertainTeed cannot be and is not bound, and no person is authorized to bind CertainTeed, by any further warranty whatsoever.  NOTE: Claims must be submitted in writing within thirty (30) days of the date of the circumstances giving rise to the claim.
